Our Story
SOUTHRIDGE COOPERATIVE SECTION 1 is a residential cooperative built in 1958 located in Jackson Heights, NY. Our cooperative has many newly updated amenities, including a fitness center, laundry rooms, bike storage, and more. We aim to provide a comfortable and convenient living experience for all our shareholders. Our management office is onsite and open daily to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. We also provide monthly handouts to keep our shareholders informed about the latest news and events.
