We also offer free exterminating services.
Assured environments is an pest control company which services our buildings every Wednesday as well as every first Saturday of the month. Contact the office to be put on the list for the technician to come out and service your apartment.
SEBCO Laundry Systems services all of our laundry machines. There are washers and dryers in every laundry room, you must buy a laundry card inside of the laundry room to access the machines.
GYM TECH services all of our gym equipment in the fitness center. All machines such as lat pull down, leg press, treadmills, ellipticals and more are available.
